Job Summary

Join our team as an On-Site Golf Instructor, at our Trackman golf simulation facilities. As part of your role, you’ll have the opportunity to teach individuals or groups the game of golf, from beginners youth to adults.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality golf instruction through weekly private lessons, semi‑private sessions, and group clinics for players of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Create structured lesson plans that align with program goals, skill progression, and age‑appropriate teaching methods.
  • Demonstrate proper golf fundamentals including grip, stance, posture, swing mechanics, short game, putting, and on‑course strategy.
  • Provide individualized feedback and clear, actionable coaching to help students improve efficiently.
  • Manage group dynamics to ensure all participants stay engaged, safe, and supported during clinics.
  • Set up and break down training stations, teaching aids, and equipment for each session.
  • Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game.
  • Monitor student safety and enforce facility rules, equipment guidelines, and proper behavior at all times.
  • Track student progress and communicate updates to parents, guardians, or adult participants as needed.
  • Represent the facility professionally and provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and families.
  • Assist with program development, including new clinic formats, seasonal offerings, and special events.
  • Support junior golf initiatives, including skill challenges, games, and age‑appropriate learning activities.
  • Maintain equipment and teaching tools, reporting any issues or needs to management.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent teaching standards and smooth program operations.
  • Flexible Schedule and able to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in golf instruction or as a golf professional; certification from recognized golf associations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with public speaking experience to engage diverse audiences confidently.
  • Experience with golf simulatorsa plus but not required.
  • Experience with Trackman a plus but not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
