We are looking for:
Golf Coaches/Instructors
Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and liscensed Golf Coach to join our team. As a Golf Coach with TT Golf, you will play a pivotal role in instructing and mentoring students of varying skill levels in the art and techniques of golf. We will provide/bring students to you. The primary focus of this position is to provide comprehensive and engaging coaching sessions while ensuring a positive and enriching learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
Conducting Instructional Sessions: Plan and execute effective golf coaching sessions tailored to the skill levels and needs of individual students. Provide guidance on golf techniques, etiquette, and rules to enhance students' overall understanding and proficiency in the sport.
Assessing and Monitoring Student Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate the progress of students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their skills. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their development and growth in the sport.
Maintaining a Safe and Inclusive Environment: Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere during coaching sessions. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks during practice and training.
Ensuring Compliance with Licensing Requirements: Possess and maintain a valid golf coaching license as required by relevant authorities. Stay informed about changes in coaching regulations and ensure adherence to all licensing requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Golf Coach with a track record of successfully developing players of various skill levels.
- Valid and up-to-date golf coaching license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for golf and a commitment to fostering a love for the sport in students.
