Responsibilities:
There are two options to choose from for pay. Option one is a salaried position that will pay $50,000 in the first year. The Golf Instructor will also make tips, commission from lessons, and bonuses from the amount of lessons given. It is estimated that this position will pay around $70,000-$75,000 once all forms of income have been factored in. There is no cap on how much can be made in this position. The second option to choose from is a full 50/50 split on all lessons plus tips. There is no cap on how much can be made in this position as well. The choice is up to the applicant on which to choose.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective strategy for driving sales and profitability.
- Analyze the business by identifying key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Identify areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with the Owner on decisions regarding personnel, equipment, and expansion plans. Ensure that all plans are in line with company goals and strategies.
- Golf Instructor will be responsible for serving food and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) as well as customer check-in/out, general oversight of the golf simulators, golf leagues and tournaments and overall customer satisfaction. We are looking for engaging individuals that will make our customers feel a sense of community and continue coming back.
- Offer individual lessons to clients and continue to build an individual book of business.
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees. Ensure proper training is being accomplished and that all employees know the standards that are to be met.
- Keep track of all inventory to ensure employees have everything they need to make their job as smooth as possible.
- Create, develop, and grow Leagues for the Fall and Winter seasons. The General Manager will also be responsible for hosting any required national X-Golf tournaments and to create any local tournaments.
