Full job description Overview: The Golf Instructor role will instruct Topgolf Guests in golf skills in individual lessons or in groups, conduct youth academies, and provide instruction & guidance for large group events. The Golf Instructor will be responsible for hitting specific lesson booking/revenue targets & utilization goals on a recurring basis.
This position will be a part time role that is expected to work 15-25 hours per week, the majority of which will be spent teaching. Instructors that succeed in the role may be considered for full time instruction positions. Key Responsibilities:

The Golf Instructor will be responsible for hitting specific lesson booking/revenue targets & utilization goals on a recurring basis.

- Coordinate, schedule and teach Guest lessons and classes
- Utilize swing analysis technology and learning theories, and integrate teaching aids in all programs
- Assist in the operation of Topgolf Kids Academies
- Serve as a golf professional for Topgolf Events and Tournaments
- Work with the events team to promote lessons at Topgolf events
- Walk the tee line to generate leads and bookings (when not engaged in golf instruction)
- Supervise information requests regarding or pertaining to scheduling of lessons and instructional series
- Perform club fittings & sell golf equipment to Topgolf Guests and Students
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience teaching golf lessons with experience coaching different levels of golfers
- PGA Membership a plus
- Proven track record of successful instruction
- Social and interpersonal skills required to interact with all Topgolf Guests
- Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology
- Ability to work on a team
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
