Our unique program combines the professional training, instruction and focus of a junior golf camp and tennis specialty camp with the warmth, fun and community of a traditional Maine overnight summer camp. Roles & Responsibilities of Cabin Counselor
- Live with, supervise and mentor group of 6 to 10 campers alongside 2 to 3 co-counselors.
- Assist our Golf Director and PGA Professionals with the delivery of our comprehensive Golf program.
- Participate in daily supervision during meals, evening activity, and cabin specific events.
- Work with co-counselors and leadership staff to create a positive, fun, and safe environment for campers.
- Maintain a positive attitude, enthusiasm, creativity and passion for working with campers throughout the summer session.
- Serve as a role model for campers and create a place of support as they navigate new situations, social dynamics and develop interpersonal relationships.
- Previous experience in Golf Instruction
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Patient and reliable
- Good communication skills
- A love for children
- Energetic, flexible, and a positive personality
