Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and clubhouse inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage event setups, including coordinating catering, equipment, and guest arrangements for tournaments or social gatherings
- Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs promptly and courteously
- Support event management by organizing activities, overseeing guest flow, and ensuring smooth execution of functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clubhouse area, including dining spaces and event zones
- Assist with public speaking engagements or tours to promote club amenities and upcoming events
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments preferred
- Strong skills in conflict management and guest relations to handle diverse situations confidently
- Experience in events management or coordinating social functions is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with children and manage group activities during events or tournaments
- Basic cash handling skills for transactions at food stations or merchandise counters
- Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for supporting poolside activities or safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; comfortable with public speaking when needed
- Knowledge of resort operations, theater/event setup, or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
