As a key member of the club’s hospitality team, you will ensure smooth operations within the clubhouse, assist with events, and provide outstanding guest services that reflect our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and clubhouse inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage event setups, including coordinating catering, equipment, and guest arrangements for tournaments or social gatherings
• Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs promptly and courteously
• Support event management by organizing activities, overseeing guest flow, and ensuring smooth execution of functions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clubhouse area, including dining spaces and event zones
• Assist with public speaking engagements or tours to promote club amenities and upcoming events

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments preferred
• Strong skills in conflict management and guest relations to handle diverse situations confidently
• Experience in events management or coordinating social functions is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively with children and manage group activities during events or tournaments
• Basic cash handling skills for transactions at food stations or merchandise counters
• Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for supporting poolside activities or safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; comfortable with public speaking when needed
• Knowledge of resort operations, theater/event setup, or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
