The Golf House Hotel is seeking to appoint an experienced Gaming Manager who can display great customer service skills. Experience in gaming operations and maintaining compliance with RSG practices are essential. Responsibilities will include the supervision of staff, ensuring hotel policies are adhered to and providing support to senior management. The Gaming Manager will ensure a high standard of customer relations and service within the gaming room, whilst providing leadership, training and motivation to all gaming attendants.

- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A Current Victorian Gaming License
- Experience in Ebet/Vault
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Responsible Service of Gaming
- Knowledge of AML/CTF Requirements
- TAB experience an advantage
