The Golf House Hotel is currently seeking an experienced Chef on a casual/ part time or Full time basis for the right candidate. This position will include both lunch and dinner time shifts.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the kitchen operation, including:

• 
  Menu preparation and weekly specials
• 
  Food preparation, plate presentation & storage
• 
  Kitchen/equipment cleanliness & dishwashing
• 
  Ensuring food safety compliance
• 
  Monitoring food and wages costings

Important characteristics for the role are,

  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform multiple tasks at once
