Job Description: We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Guest Relations agent to join the Hotel Camiral (a 5-star hotel) As Guest Relations, you will deal with the needs of VIP Guests and inform other Team Members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. **Taksks** You will be also in charge of the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: - Welcome the arriving guests - Coordinate Guest inquiries and ensure hotel departments are informed of their requirements - Concierge services - Follow up on guest complains - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate - Act in accordance with policies and procedures **Requirements**: Minimum academic qualification: University Minimum experience: 1 year Professional category: Employee Residence: From the province of the vacant **Mandatory** - Previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry - Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - Ability to work under pressure - High level of English, French and Spanish (spoken/written) - An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs **Desirable** - Knowledge of other languages - Previous experience in a similar position in 5 star hotels-International experience **Beneficios** - Contrato estable (fijo-discontinuo) - Salario según convenio de Hostelería de Catalunya 5* - Manutención incluida (¡olvídate del tupper!) - Horario intensivo y rotativo.
