Role Description

Saint Peter’s University seeks a part-time Women’s Golf Head Coach to lead and develop the university's Women’s Golf program. The coach will oversee all aspects of the program, including recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, planning and conducting practices, developing competition strategies, managing team operations, ensuring compliance with NCAA D1 and conference regulations, and promoting academic success. This is an on-site position located in Jersey City, NJ, requiring a commitment to fostering athletic growth, leadership, and sportsmanship in a collegiate environment.




Qualifications
  • Coaching experience and knowledge of golf skills, techniques, and strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with NCAA regulations and compliance standards
  • Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop student-athletes
  • Commitment to promoting academic success and student-athlete well-being
  • Prior experience as a collegiate-level athlete or coach is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred
