Job Summary
The Outside Golf Staff provides service to members and guests by assisting with golf operations outside the clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, stage, and prepare golf carts for daily use
- Maintain the bag room, cart staging area, and practice facilities
- Provide basic course information and directions to guests
- Pick practice range balls and maintain the driving range
- Assist with tournament and outing setup and breakdown
- Keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and presentable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to ~40 lbs)
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior golf course or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Part-time or full-time availability
- Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Outdoor work environment with prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull equipment and golf bags
