Nestled in the heart of the Columbia Valley, our resort is known for world-class golf, outstanding hospitality, and memorable dining experiences-from fine dining at Rustica to casual fare at Traders.
We are currently seeking a Golf Services Agent who embodies our core values of caring, integrity, excellence, and team spirit. Our team members are passionate about hospitality and are inspired to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist golfers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
Manage tee times, check-ins, and point-of-sale transactions
Coordinate cart staging, bag handling, and practice facility operations
Provide guests with course information, resort amenities, and local recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf services areas
Work collaboratively with the golf, F&B, and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous golf or resort experience is an asset, but not required
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
