The Golf Guest Service Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at the golf course. This includes greeting guests, assisting with golf bags, providing information about the course, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with golf bags
- Provide information about the course, including yardage, hazards, and rules
- Ensure golf carts are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with golf club rentals and sales
- Monitor pace of play and ensure guests are following course rules
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with course maintenance as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf and golf course etiquette
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
