Tucked into the north woods of Wisconsin, the Four Seasons Island Resort is located on the 100-acre Miscauno Island in the Menominee River, which divides Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Compensation:
$15 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to precise heights.
- Raking, edging, and weeding sand bunkers daily.
- Changing pin (hole) locations and moving tee markers.
- Repairing ball marks, divots, and fractured turf.
- Cleaning and maintaining water coolers, ball washers, and trash bins.
- Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
- Assisting with the repair and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Walking and riding greens mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles.
- Using power edgers, string trimmers, and motorized leaf blowers.
- Operating specialized equipment like aerators and verticutters.
- Performing routine safety checks, cleaning, and refueling of machinery.
- Work typically starts early, often around dawn (5:30 AM) to avoid interfering with golfers.
- Involves heavy physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, humidity, cold).
- Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects.
- High school diploma or equivalent is usually preferred.
- Valid driver's license is generally required.
