Job Summary:
The Lively Golf Club is looking to hire a PART TIME seasonal worker for the upcoming 2026 season. The schedule is Monday to Friday 6:00am – 11:00am, and every second weekend 6:00am – 10:30am. 12 days on and 2 days off. Start date is weather dependent in April.
While employed at the Lively Golf Club, you are entitled to FREE golfing privileges.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bunker maintenance, course setup, garbage collection, and line trimming.
Keep the golf course clean and free of debris.
Preparing and upgrading the golf course for summer play.
Operation of designated golf course maintenance equipment and monitor its performance.
Learn to work through the golfing public safely and with minimal disruption to play.
Treat the golfing public with courtesy and respect.
Always watch for potential hazards to yourself, your co-workers and the general public and report them to your supervisor.
Recognize that your safety, the safety of your fellow workers and the safety of the general public is your number one job responsibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous golf course experience is an asset but not necessary
Punctuality is critical
MUST have a Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Able to work in a team environment as well as alone, as required
Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6-8 months
Pay: $19.00 per hour
