Join our team as a Grounds Staff Member and become an integral part of the maintenance and operations team at Country Club of Pittsfield. As a Grounds Staff Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and improvement of the golf course and grounds, ensuring they are always pristine and well-maintained for our members. While prior golf course experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates who are motivated to learn and grow within our team.

- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Early risers encouraged
- Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability for follow oral and written directions
- Able to sit/stand for long periods of time, with intermediate periods of physically demanding tasks
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required)
