Twenty Valley Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Worker

Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club is recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time seasonal employees to join the Golf Course Grounds Maintenance department for the 2024 golf season. This position compensates at a rate of $16.55/hr to $19.00/hr based on employee’s qualifications.

Qualifications

• No formal turf education required
• Landscape or golf experience considered an asset

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of all department equipment
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner in accordance with club policy
• Perform assigned tasks in effective and timely fashion to the best of your ability
• Execution of general landscape duties including, mowing, line trimming, weeding, edging of gardens, sprinkler heads and yardage markers
• Daily course set up tasks such as; raking bunkers, filling divots, hole changing, tee service, grooming of all playing surfaces as well as garbage and debris collection
• Participation in general facility maintenance, repairs or upgrades to course infrastructure and seasonal tasks including cultural practices and tree maintenance
• Complete all other miscellaneous tasks assigned by department supervisor
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Perform physical tasks for sustained periods of time in all types of weather

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Expected hours: 24 – 44 per week
