Norwood Hills Country Club is looking for full-time Grounds Crew staff to join our team! Signing Bonuses for the select crew members after 120 days of employment of up to $500!
```Duties```
- Perform general grounds maintenance duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property
- Operate power tools and equipment to maintain lawns, gardens, and landscapes
- Mow, trim, and edge grass areas using appropriate tools and techniques
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Maintain walkways, parking lots, and other common areas by sweeping, cleaning, and repairing as necessary
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
```Experience```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in ground maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
