Experteer Overview In this role you support IMG Academy’s Golf Club by maintaining high-quality course conditions and supporting a premier athletic environment. You will work within the Golf Club Grounds team to learn all facets of golf course maintenance and deliver reliable, team-driven service. You’ll tackle daily setup, equipment operation, and course detailing to ensure optimal playability and aesthetics. This position offers hands-on learning in a world-class facility with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability. You will contribute to a high-performance setting that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefits • Assist with daily course setup (mowing, bunkers, tee markers, pin locations) • Safely operate and clean equipment (mowers, utility carts, small power tools) • Rake and maintain sand bunkers • Edge and trim around greens, bunkers, cart paths, and ponds • Remove debris, leaves, and litter from course grounds • Report course conditions and equipment issues to supervisors • Other duties as assigned by management Tasks • Strong attention to detail and positive attitude • Team oriented with good communication skills • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new ideas and techniques • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and handle changing schedules Key requirements •
