Golf Course Grounds Crew – Country Club of St. Albans

The Country Club of St. Albans is a 36-hole private country club located just west of St. Louis County. Both 18-hole courses are ranked in the top-ten of Missouri by Golf Digest. We are currently looking for several grounds crew members to help maintain the golf courses and grounds. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working outdoors in a beautiful environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and appreciate the immediate gratification of a job well done. Candidates will need to be physically capable of walking, bending over, lifting, and performing landscaping duties including raking, mowing, backpack blowing, and string trimming. We have several positions to fill that can range from mainly operating riding equipment to more physical manual labor. Our full-time hours are generally from 6am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday with some morning weekend work from 6-9:30am. We can also accommodate a flexible part-time schedule starting at 6:30am until late morning for those that want fewer hours or have commitments later in the day. This position is seasonal ending in November, but it could easily turn into a year-round position for the right person.
