Full job description
Seeking a dependable, team player to fill a Golf Course Maintenance positions. Both Seasonal and Full-Time positions available. Job includes, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, maintenance of bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming and other general course maintenance.
Essential Functions:
. • Operate golf course equipment
. • Participates in daily set up of the golf course for play
. • Mows greens, tees, aprons and approaches to greens, roughs, and other areas of the golf course
. • Prepare and plant sod and seed to greens, tees, and fairways as assigned.
. • Performs special projects delegated by management
Must be able and willing to work outside during of inclement weather and extreme heat.
Prior experience operating golf course equipment is a plus. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new golf maintenance programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule, with evenings and weekend work as assigned during special events.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience - $15 an hour minimum
