This is a hands-on outdoor role where no prior experience is required—training will be provided. Job description:
White Clay Creek is seeking dependable Greenskeepers to maintain our beautiful grounds and golf facilities. Immediate openings are available. This is a hands-on outdoor role where no prior experience is required—training will be provided. Seasonal positions start as soon as May 2026, with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment including riding and walking mowers
- Daily course setup: change hole locations, move tee markers, and empty garbage
- Use string trimmers and backpack blowers
- Use hand tools including shovels, Rakes, and pruners
- Hand watering, mulching, sodding, and assisting with small projects
- No experience required; training provided
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and bend/twist as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Respectful and courteous to members, guests, and co-workers
