As a member of the Grounds Maintenance team, the successful candidate is responsible for completing daily grounds maintenance duties as outlined below.

As a member of the Grounds Maintenance team, the successful candidate is responsible for completing daily grounds maintenance duties as outlined below.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the golf course and resort grounds
- Mowing tees, greens, fairways, roughs, resort lawns
- Line trimming golf course and resort grounds
- Bunker maintenance including raking and mowing surrounding areas
- Assisting in golf course setup including hole changing, garbage removal, filling divots
- Tree maintenance including trimming, raking, and debris cleanup
- Light machinery maintenance and cleaning
- Assisting in the completion of golf course and resort projects including sodding, cart path work, drainage installation, etc.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work individually or in a team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work early mornings (6am) and occasional weekends and holidays
- Reliable source of transportation
- Previous golf/grounds maintenance experience is an asset but not a requirement
- A team-oriented work environment that fosters continual learning and development
- Staff uniforms including safety glasses, ear plugs, bump cap
- Training on all tasks and proper equipment use
- Staff appreciation events
- Flexible scheduling and days off when needed
- Golf privileges
- Full time seasonal hours from April to October
- Wages start at $17/hour dependent on experience
