Job Description:
Two seasonal roles have has arisen for a Seasonal Golf Course Ranger and a Golf Shop attendant to join our Golf team .
Reporting to The Golf Club Manager, this role will include working in the Golf Shop and ranging out on the Golf Course.
Golf Shop Attendant duties will include:
- Customer service role, serving of guests to the Golf Club Shop.
- Cash Handling
- Restocking products & getting involved in monthly stock takes
- Booking tee times and taking payment of green fees
- Monitoring the Golf booking system and speaking to guest to book in golf
- Occasionally helping out on the Golf Course in the role of Starter or Ranger
Golf Course Starter:
- Welcoming Golf Groups and directing them to the start of play
- Ensuring that all players are present and ready to begin play at their tee time.
- Monitoring and maintaining of Golf course standards of play
- Ensuring professional standard golf etiquette is adhered to along with safety of golfers on the Golf course at all times.
- Occasionally heling out on the Golf Course in the role of Ranger or working in the Golf Shop as an Attendant
The ideal candidates for these positions will have:
- An interest and passion for Golf
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Good IT skills
These roles are seasonal and the contract available is from April to October 2024.
