General Manager – Noosa Hills Par 3 Golf Course
Full Time | Noosa, QLD
Noosa Hills Golf Course is a thriving 36-hole Par 3 facility with more than 600 members, strong daily visitor numbers and a growing reputation as one of the Sunshine Coast's most welcoming and accessible golf destinations.
We proudly lower the barriers to entry for golf — no bookings, a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly environment where everyone feels at home. The precinct also includes a state-of-the-art Mini Golf facility, completed in 2023, which has added another strong growth channel to the business.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded and hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of the venue and drive the next stage of growth.
We are looking for someone who wants to build on what has been created, not simply maintain it — a hands-on leader who can take ownership, lift standards, identify opportunities, plan effectively and drive the business forward.
The role covers operations, staffing, customer experience, administration, finance, marketing, compliance, events, membership and strategic planning across the golf course, clubhouse, mini golf and broader precinct.
You will bring strong commercial discipline, a customer-first mindset and the ability to build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture. Delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for members and visitors sits at the heart of the role.
Noosa Hills prides itself on providing the best-value golf experience on the Sunshine Coast while continually reinvesting in improvements. Forward planning, budgeting, project management and clear execution will be essential in delivering the upgrades and strategic initiatives ahead.
What You'll Do
This is an important leadership appointment for Noosa Hills. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited by the opportunity to take ownership, lift standards and drive the business into its next chapter.
Applicants should include a cover letter outlining why this role is the right fit for them and what they will bring to the role.
