Full job description
We're looking for a committed leader ready to take on a great team and manage the golf/pro shop, driving range and its staff.

Here's is a summary of the GM responsibilities at The Club at Brookstone:

• General Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and services of the golf course, including golf shop, tournaments, practice facilities, and cart fleet.
• This person will also monitor administrative needs of the club including accounts payable, membership accounts, marketing, and more.
• The GM will effectively manage and train all golf shop attendants, cart attendants, and beverage cart attendant(s).
• Being a public golf course, pace of play is crucial each day to ensure our golfers enjoy a nice efficient round of golf.
• Promoting our club to outside golf outings and/or tournaments is important to help spread the word on The Club at Brookstone.
• Communicate regularly and work with Golf Course Superintendent on the needs of the golf course.
• Communicate with restaurant
• Keep clubhouse properly stocked with food, beverage, and merchandise.
