JOB TITLE: Golf Cart Transport
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Golf Cart Transport is responsible for transporting patients to and from designated locations on campus using a golf cart. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. They must also have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with passengers.
SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Reports to the Office Manager.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
[*]Transport patients to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. [*]Assist passengers with loading and unloading into vehicle and golf cart. [*]Maintain cleanliness and safety of the golf cart. [*]Conduct regular inspections of the golf cart to ensure it is in good working condition and report any malfunctions to maintenance needs to the appropriate department. [*]Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. [*]Perform other duties as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Outdoor setting. Possible to be working in heat, cold or rain.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: requires continuous standing, sitting, frequent walking, bending, and stooping. May require lifting 50 to 100 pounds. Exposure to possible Hazardous Materials/conditions and infectious diseases. Recommended Skills
