The brand-new 6 star Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters GOLF CLUB has re-opened and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Groundsman and GreensKeepers who are committed to ensuring the presentation of grounds is maintained to a superior standard.
Your Responsibilities:-

The brand-new 6 star Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters GOLF CLUB has re-opened and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Groundsman and GreensKeepers who are committed to ensuring the presentation of grounds is maintained to a superior standard.
Your Responsibilities:-
- Mowing, edging and whipper snipping;
- Planting of flowers and shrubs, preparation of soils, trimming trees, plants and bushes, control weeds and pests through the application of herbicides;
- Raking and blowing leaves, pruning and disposing of dying vegetation;
- Maintain excellent presentation of common grounds, including watering and maintenance of irrigation systems;
- Ensure all garden areas are kept neat, tidy and free of rubbish;
- Vacuuming/blowing car parks, roadways and steps;
- Keeping outdoors areas, shared zones, furniture and BBQ clean;\
- Drive bus for shopping trips and other occasions as requested, and ensure it is kept clean and in a roadworthy state;
- Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are kept in good working order, and report any details of breakdowns, losses or problems to management immediately.
- Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous;
- Relevant gardening experience in a similar role;
- A "C" class drivers licence;
- Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower
- Possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and can work with limited supervision.
- ADCD chemical licence is advantageous.
