Job Description
- Monitor the pace of play on the golf course and ensure that groups are maintaining an appropriate speed.
- Enforce golf course rules and etiquette, including dress code, cart path rules, and course behavior.
- Assist with coordinating and managing tee times, ensuring an efficient and fair allocation of tee times. Address any scheduling or reservation issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting golfers with any questions or concerns.
- Address golfer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure golfers follow safety guidelines and adhere to course maintenance policies.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes among golfers in a courteous and impartial manner.
- Maintain effective communication with the golf course management team and other staff members.
- Relay important information to golfers, such as weather warnings or course closures.
- Drive a marshal vehicle to patrol the course, ensuring visibility and accessibility to all areas. Provide assistance, such as delivering water, lost items, or basic first aid when needed.
