*Overview* Join our golf team as a Proshop Associate, greet guests, take and manage tee times. assist guests with merchandise, and most importantly work with the entire Mountain Harbour team. Golf knowledge not needed, but will help. We will train you to use our GolfNow Booking software. *Duties* * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations. * Process cash and credit transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining cash handling procedures. * Manage retail sales of apparel, accessories, and related merchandise with enthusiasm and professionalism. * Assist in golf events, tournaments, and special functions to ensure seamless execution. * Help Members and guests including booking tee times, answering membership questions, providing directions, and addressing guest needs promptly. *Requirements* * Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality environments; experience golfing or working in a golf environment is a plus. * Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, basic math skills, and processing transactions efficiently. * Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements or guest interactions. * Great Attitude and positive phone ettiquite A MUST!
