Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and presentation of the golf course, ensuring it meets the high expectations of our members and guests. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in turf management, greenkeeping, or a similar field. Familiarity with golf course machinery and maintenance practices is desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Operating and maintaining turf care equipment and machinery • Mowing, irrigation, and bunker maintenance • Assisting with course renovation and improvement projects • Helping identify and manage turf health issues • Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment Ideal Candidate: • Experience in turf management, greenkeeping, or a related field • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of golf and course presentation (preferred but not essential) • Understanding of irrigation systems and turf health management Working Hours & Benefits: • Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (ideal for those looking to work within school hours) • Rostered weekend work, typically completed by 9:30 AM • Opportunity to work in a picturesque, urban-nature setting • Be part of a team dedicated to professional growth and sustainability
