Full job description
Currently hiring for greenskeeper positions on the maintenance team at Cameron Park Country Club.
Our regular work schedule is Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm (some overtime available). We can accommodate both full time (40hrs/week) and part time needs, with more flexibility with schedule once you've been trained for a few weeks. Availability to work every other weekend (5am-9am) is necessary for those seeking a full time schedule.
Starting pay is $17/hour with the ability to earn more within the first 90 days. Willing to pay up to $20/hour for someone with previous golf course maintenance experience.
You must:
-enjoy working outdoors
-be punctual and ready to work at 5am
-be able to work well as part of a team
-be comfortable with a variety of tasks requiring physical labor and being on your feet or on the move all day
-bilingual in Spanish and/or knowledge of the game of golf a big plus, but not required
We have a great team currently and are mostly looking for additional reliable workers with positive attitudes to add to our team. The job we do isn't overly tough, and we can easily train anyone, but we take great pride in our work and need others who want to always do their best work as well.

For those interested in full time employment with benefits, paid time off, medical benefits and holiday pay are all available after successful completion of 90 day probationary period. Participation in the club's 401K program is available after one year of employment.
