Caboolture Golf Club is looking for a motivated and passionate person to join our turf maintenance team.
The applicant should have previous experience in general golf course maintenance and a sound knowledge of golf course machinery. Experience in horticulture and turf management including prior knowledge in a similar role will be preferential. The applicant will have a professional demeanor, high levels of initiative and be a responsible person with a great work ethic. They must be reliable, show initiative and be able to work autonomously or as part of a team when required.

- Experience in gardening turf maintenance will be well-regarded
- High-level attention to detail
- Happy to start at 5 am every day
- Driver's license and own vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Operating all types of machinery involved with maintaining a golf course
- Operating handheld machinery such as brush cutters, edgers, blowers and chainsaws
- Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the irrigation system
- Assist staff with all general maintenance and manual labour involved with producing a high-standard golf course
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment
- Lead and mentor course staff including apprentices
