Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their food and drink selections in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent guest services.
- Support event management by setting up, serving, and breaking down food stations as required.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing and serving food.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Skills in conflict management will be beneficial for addressing customer concerns.
- A background in golf may enhance your ability to engage with guests dynamically.
