Position Summary
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food products for members and guests utilizing the Midway Grille at 1876 Country Club.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year of restaurant, snack bar, fast-casual, golf course, country club, or food service experience preferred.
Preferred Certifications
Food Handler Certification, ServSafe Certification, TABC Certification (if applicable), CPR Certification, and First Aid Certification.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic cooking skills, food safety knowledge, organizational abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, work in hot kitchen environments, and work weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.

- Assist with station setup, food prep, and inventory control.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Support tournaments, golf events, and special functions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking products.
