Role Description The Golf Fitness/Strength & Conditioning Coach is a full-time, on-site role based at the GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy in Bandar Enstek. This role focuses on designing and delivering golf-specific fitness and strength programs that enhance players’ performance, mobility, stability, and injury resilience. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing golfers’ physical capabilities, creating individualized training plans, leading one-on-one and group sessions, and collaborating with golf coaches to integrate fitness work with technical instruction. The coach monitors progress through regular testing, maintains accurate training records, and adjusts programs based on performance data and player feedback. Additional duties include educating clients on warm-up, recovery, and nutrition fundamentals, ensuring safe use of equipment, and contributing to a professional and welcoming training environment.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to explain training concepts clearly, motivate diverse clients, and provide a positive academy experience.
- Solid understanding of golf performance, including golf-specific movement patterns and the physical demands of the game.
- Knowledge of golf equipment and training tools relevant to fitness and performance (e.g., resistance tools, mobility aids, performance monitoring devices).
- Ability to coordinate with facility operations teams, including basic awareness of irrigation and turf conditions as they relate to on-course training environments.
- Relevant certification in strength and conditioning, personal training, or sports science (e.g., CSCS, CPT, or equivalent) and experience working with athletes.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized and group training programs focused on mobility, strength, power, and injury prevention.
- Comfort working in a high-performance, coaching-focused environment and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with junior athletes and high-performance golfers is an advantage; familiarity with performance tracking technology is beneficial.
