Sales Representative, COBRA PUMA Golf

The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you will take ownership of a defined territory and be accountable for delivering commercially sound, sustainable growth. You’ll partner closely with retail customers, execute seasonal go‑to‑market plans and represent the brand with credibility in‑market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage and grow your territory through disciplined execution, strong customer relationships and sharp commercial focus. Expect a blend of strategic planning and hands‑on in‑store delivery. Your duties will consist of:

Achieve Sales & Margin Targets


  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and margin goals within your territory
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to capture incremental business
  • Monitor performance against targets and adjust plans as needed
Execute Sales Cycle & Build Customer Relationships

  • Implement a structured weekly/monthly call cycle in collaboration with the Golf Director
  • Develop strong commercial relationships to drive market share and maximise at‑once sales
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer interactions and outcomes
Support Seasonal Go‑To‑Market Initiatives

  • Drive pre‑book orders aligned with seasonal growth targets during GTM processes
  • Present new product lines and marketing programs effectively to accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of seasonal launches
Manage Account KPIs & Optimise Visual Merchandising

  • Agree on KPIs and sell‑through targets with accounts and monitor progress regularly
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to optimise product presentation and store impact
  • Ensure timely replenishment and conversion of orders to maintain stock availability
Deliver Training & Enhance Customer Engagement

  • Conduct in‑store training sessions to improve product knowledge among retail staff
  • Support demo days and consumer engagement events with the Golf Director and fitting representative
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting COBRA PUMA Golf products and technologies

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in sporting goods, golf or apparel
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and managing a territory effectively
Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of golf industry trends, equipment and retail dynamics
  • Familiarity with seasonal go‑to‑market processes and merchandising best practices
Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organised with strong time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Personal Attributes

  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a proactive mindset
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for a field‑based role
  • Passion for golf and sport, with a commitment to representing the brand professionally
