1872 Golf Club is seeking an exceptional Golf Experience Coordinator to be the face of our premium golf entertainment venue. If you love creating amazing guest experiences, know your way around a bar, and thrive on building genuine connections with people—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Create Unforgettable Experiences

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that keeps guests coming back
• Sell memberships, bay rentals, and book events with a consultative approach
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
• Provide expert recommendations on our bar offerings
• Build lasting relationships with members and guests

Run the Show

• Maintain a clean, welcoming facility that looks premium at all times
• Manage inventory, create supply orders, and keep everything stocked
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs

What We Need

Must Have:

• High-touch customer service or hospitality experience
• Natural sales ability and people skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be 21+ with valid alcohol service certification (or willing to obtain)

Preferred:

• Bartending or mixology experience
• Knowledge of and passion for golf
• Event coordination background

Other Requirements:

• Comfortable handling cash and payments
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance
