. Responsibilities: General Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects in all golf course equipment. Perform preventative maintenance work on all equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Keep all mowing equipment operable and properly sharpened for high-quality cuts. Showcase expert reel grinding skills to maintain consistent cutting performance. Maintain the shop working area in a neat, orderly fashion while observing safety and compliance laws. Possess knowledge of small equipment repairs including string trimmers, flymo, push mowers, and small engines. Organize service records and repair logs diligently. Perform all other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the golf course.
