The Bedens Brook Agronomy Team takes pride in its friendly, teamwork-centric, positive working environment. These values are critical and go together with the following responsibilities, but not limited to: Course and Grounds Clean up Procedures, Precision Mowing Equipment Operation, Proper Golf Course Set-Up Practices, Safely Lifting Objects of up to 50lbs at Times, Detail String-Trimming, Backpack Blower Operation, Hose Watering, Landscape Bed Maintenance, and Sand Trap/Bunker Maintenance Procedures.
Golf Course Equipment Operators primarily work under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents. Occasionally, Equipment Operators may work under the supervision of other Assistant-in-Training(s), or an experienced Journeyman.
Hours of Operation:
Our hours vary depending on the season and tournament planning; we adjust our schedule accordingly to satisfy maintenance requirements around our golf schedule. Weekends are worked every-other during the golf season. Time-Off is encouraged responsibly:

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 + Overtime depending on experience
