Job Description

- Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment to mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs while ensuring consistent, high-quality playing conditions.
- Perform routine landscape and turf care tasks such as trimming, edging, debris removal, and monitoring course conditions.
- Conduct basic equipment inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance to keep tools operating safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the golf course maintenance team to uphold the resort’s high standards of presentation, safety, and guest experience.
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or operating grounds equipment preferred.
- Ability to safely operate mowers, utility vehicles, and other turf maintenance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality course conditions.
- Ability to work early mornings, outdoors in varying weather conditions, and as part of a team.
