Wyndemere Country Club is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team as Golf Course Equipment Operators!

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you have previous golf course maintenance experience or are interested in starting a career in the golf industry, we are willing to train the right individuals!
What You'll Do
- Operate golf course maintenance equipment, including greens mowers, fairway mowers, rough mowers, and utility vehicles.
- Assist with daily golf course preparation, including mowing, bunker maintenance, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
- Maintain turf, landscaped areas, and club grounds to Wyndemere's high standards.
- Inspect, clean, and properly maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance projects, including aerification, topdressing, and other turf management practices.
- Follow established safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Work alongside fellow team members to complete daily assignments efficiently.
- Learn new equipment, techniques, and skills through hands-on training.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and safely operate equipment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida's climate.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Previous golf course maintenance, landscaping, or equipment operation experience is preferred, but not required.
