• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all PMV (Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles) and golf course equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime for uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and manage the PMV and golf equipment maintenance budget, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of parts and supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program, including scheduling inspections, servicing, and repairs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failures.
• Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
