The role
We are hiring a Golf Videographer & Editor to capture Golf Ranch Glendale at its best and turn it into short-form video that makes people want to come play. You will report to our Video Lead and work closely with our Social Media & Content Manager. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Glendale, AZ location.
This is a shooter’s seat. You will be on site every day filming golf lessons, our 9-hole course, on-course events, and our night TrackMan range, then editing that footage in Adobe Premiere Pro into content that stops the scroll on social and in our ads.
This is an early-career role built for someone with real talent behind the camera who wants to grow fast. You will learn from our Video Lead and level up your editing, paid social, and AI workflow skills on the job.

- A talented early-career videographer with a sharp eye and a reel to prove it. Recent grads welcome.
- Someone who shoots for the story: you anticipate the moment, get the coverage, and capture clean audio in real-world conditions
- Genuinely into golf. You know what golfers find visually interesting, from swing angles to ball flight to the sound of a flushed strike.
- Coachable and hungry to improve. You take notes well, and your next edit shows it.
- Consistent. You like shipping great work every week, not one polished piece a quarter.
- Curious about new tools, including AI editing, and always looking for ways to work faster without losing quality.
Results you will be responsible for
- Output. Five finished short-form videos per week, delivered on time and ready to post.
- Attention. Videos that hook viewers in the first seconds and get shared.
- Course and night range. Content that positions our 9-hole course and night range as places worth visiting.
- Asset library. An organized B-roll library the whole business uses for ads, web, and sales.
- Speed. AI tools built into the editing workflow that measurably cut turnaround time.
What you will own
Shooting
- Film golf lessons, our 9-hole course, on-course events, and our night TrackMan range at Golf Ranch Glendale
- Direct instructors, staff, and creators on camera to get natural, confident takes
- Capture professional footage and audio in a busy outdoor range environment, day and night
- Edit footage into short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Edit lesson footage sent from our Grand Prairie (TX) and Shoal Creek (MO) locations
- Learn from short-form performance data and adjust edits to improve hook rates
- Capture B-roll for ads and our website
- Build and maintain an organized, searchable footage library used across the business
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience shooting and editing video. College, freelance, and personal projects count.
- A portfolio or reel of short-form video you shot and edited
- Solid Adobe Premiere Pro skills, including audio cleanup and color correction. After Effects is a plus.
- Strong camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals, including lav and shotgun mics
- Comfortable directing non-professionals on camera
- Drone experience is a plus, especially with an FAA Part 107 certification
- Based in, or able to commute daily to, Glendale / Phoenix, AZ
