- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Experience:
- Preferred: Prioer experience in customer service Skills:
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the hospital campus or willingness to learn all campus locations. Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
