CAMP IS HELD JULY 26, 2026 - July 30, 2026
Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute all Golf Camp Director camp activities, including drills, games, and instructional sessions
- Lead and supervise coaching staff to deliver high-quality training and mentorship
- Develop age-appropriate training curricula that promote skill improvement, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond effectively to any emergencies or incidents
- Coordinate schedules, equipment setup, and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations
- Foster a positive camp culture that encourages participation, respect, and personal growth among campers
- Perform any other additional administrative duties assigned by the Site Director when necessary
- Proven experience in golf coaching or playing at a competitive level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams of coaches and campers
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience working with students or youth in educational or athletic environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response procedures in a camp setting
- Ability to adapt instruction to various age groups and skill levels
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
