An exciting and dynamic role with GolfSim Australia, building and installing the world’s best golf simulators into the most amazing homes all around Australia and New Zealand, in the fastest growing area of golf.
We are extremely passionate about bringing the joy of golf into people’s homes for more than 15 years. We are experienced golfers, experts in engineering, carpentry, golf simulation technology and in installing the best performing and highest quality golf simulators. We install the most advanced golf simulators in luxury homes, offices, bars, golf clubs and high end resorts.
We have a tight, young, committed and ambitious team at GolfSim, and we will only bring someone on who will be enjoyable to work with, committed and wants to be part of our exciting growth, as you strive to develop and grow yourself, which we will help you with, giving all on the job training you required for this specialist role.
This is a very dynamic role that will involve designing the most prestigious golf simulators into the most magnificent homes, dealing with our sales team, installers, our clients, architects, builders and electricians. You will mentored and taught all aspects by the most experienced people in golf simulator design. You will make a huge difference by giving people and their families, the best thing they will ever want to put in their home (who love golf).
Every single simulator design and installation is unique, so you will need to be able to think creatively and conceptually, while also have a very hands-on job with exceptional attention to detail. You will also have an amazing opportunity to meet very successful and influential people, who we are lucky to call our clients.
Ideal requirements:

Experience in design / drafting - specially can demonstrate great experience with Sketchup
[*]
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, experience working with clients, to be able to determine the best golf simulator designs for each unique space
[*]
Have a very high standard of excellence
[*]
Great general and computer and software competency
[*]
Ideally, some hands on experience with tools / installation - helping with practical understanding of onsite practices.
