Daily responsibilities:
- Managing high call volumes and emails daily
- Provide and maintain positive customer relations through phone calls / emails.
- Must be able to multitask and efficiently function in a fast-paced e-Commerce environment.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within company time limits set.
- Must be trustworthy and have excellent time management skills as this is a remote position.
- Willing and able to work overtime, if needed
- Be a team player with an ambitious, positive attitude.
- Among others tasks as assigned
- 4+ years working in an customer service environment
- 2+ years golf experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely within a team environment
- Must be a fast learner and be ambitious to learn
- Must have a solid understanding of the game of Golf & Golf products
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and multi-tasking capabilities
- Must enjoy helping customers
- Must have a upbeat personality with excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to type at MINIMUM 40-50 words per minute
- Must be able to navigate multiple webpages at the same time
- Must have at minimum an Associates Degree
