Enjoy early mornings, working outdoors, and taking pride in a beautifully maintained course? As a Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Worker, you’ll play a key role in keeping Skyview Golf Course in top condition for golfers and visitors.
This position involves hands-on work caring for the golf course, surrounding grounds, and related equipment. Duties may include mowing greens, tees, and fairways; trimming and edging; raking bunkers; repairing turf; setting up course features; maintaining irrigation components; and performing general grounds and facility upkeep. You’ll work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team to ensure the course is safe, clean, and visually appealing each day.
Work is performed primarily outdoors in all types of weather and typically starts early in the morning to prepare the course for daily play. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments. This is a physically active role that offers a rewarding start to the day and the satisfaction of seeing the results of your work immediately.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should
- Be 18 years of age or older to operate required equipment
- Be comfortable working early morning hours and flexible schedules
- Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Be able to perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, mowing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to follow established routines and regulations
- Be able to read, understand, and follow instructions involving multiple tasks
- Communicate effectively and work positively with coworkers, supervisors, and the public
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or turf care
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Awareness of first aid practices and workplace safety precautions
- Willingness to assume responsibility and work independently when assigned
- Valid state driver’s license required
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles
