Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions on course rules, tee times, and safety procedures
- Manage tee sheet schedules to coordinate player start times efficiently and fairly
- Monitor course activity to ensure safety standards are met and resolve any conflicts or disputes promptly
- Assist players with directions, pace of play, and resolving any issues that arise during play
- Enforce safety protocols including hazard management, first aid response, and emergency procedures
- Support event management efforts for tournaments or special outings by coordinating logistics and guest services
- Conduct outdoor inspections to maintain course safety, including manual handling of equipment or signage as needed
- Experience in outdoor work environments, preferably in hospitality, events management, or recreation settings
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations
- Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR and first aid certification; lifeguard experience is a plus
- Ability to handle conflict effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling for processing transactions related to tee times or merchandise
- Experience working with children or in event venue settings is advantageous; theater or food service experience is a bonus
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
